Dillard's

Poor customer service, while I was shopping with my fiancé for a graduation outfit the sell associate never asked of I needed any assistants not did she greete while she was hanging clothes on the racks she completely ignored me as if I did not exist, but when I decided to try on the items I picked up she stopped in the middle of a check out transaction to ask me how many items I had and I said," I don't know five", (while handing her the items to count, because who counts there items while shopping so I had no clue how many pieces I had???) So she snitched the items counted and held me by the arm and said," learn how to count sweetheart" I was so upset I did not try on any items so I lefted them in the fitting room and asked another sell associate to speak with the Manager and reply that was the Manager that was speaking to you... My entire face turned red and I was so unhappy with the customer service from a Manager and how rude she was to me. After that experience no one should ever shop at Dillard's Westbank that is why the store was so empty because of their bad customer service and associates with bad attitudes. I will continue to shop at Dillards but only at Lakeside no one should never go shopping their the Manager name was Angela downstairs next to watches....

I stood in line for 20 minutes trying to check out. One customer took more than 10 minutes because she was on the phone describing to someone what blouses were left. 3 people including 2 mgrs. standing around talking and one other cashier. Meanwhile the line is getting longer and longer. My experience at this location has always been the same. They should have instructed the cashier to have the customer stand to side until she could decide what item she wanted. Also it would help if they had a sign that said "check out line starts here" becuase you never know where to stand and the customers are confused. I did not buy the items that I wanted because I just could not wait any longer.
