Carlie Care Kids

2 weeks here, my daughter Loved her teachers (Ms. Loretta and Ms. Ariane) BUT the director MONIQUE on the other hand is a money hungry , rude unprofessional , negative , envious ,I dont even think she care for her students just the state money she is receivinG . At 2:35 pm i called to let her know I will be less then 10 minutes late due to a accident traffic , she said ok that's fine (never mentioned no late fee amount .Car pool is over for 3:30 and I get there at exactly 3:34 pm (FOUR minutes late,as I predicted ) and she DEMANDED $30 immediately. I had no clue the late fee was THIRTY bucks.If I would have known I would have sent someone to pick my child up! I would have paid them 10-20$ to avoid the $30 AFTER CARE fee. She acted like 4 minutes killed her precious time, SHYT HAPPENS. Im never late at all. I dont like the negative vibe she gives PLZ pick a director that will make you feel WELCOMED . After I withdrew my daughter she called me and we argued for 14 minutes #UNPROFESSIONAL

I have nothing but positive things to say about this day care. My daughter attended this day care from Jan 2014 until late May 2014. She learned so much from her short time there and we owe it all to Ms. Hope, the Prek 4 teacher. She really prepared all the children for K and I am eternally grateful to her. Again, this is the best day care in the West Bank.
