I absolutely love this shop!! Hands down the most honest and respectable shop I've been to in Gresham! I've taken my cars/trucks to this shop for the past 4-5 yrs and I love their service. I get my vehicles back super fast, within a day. It's definitely a great feeling to have a shop that I can count on. I always receive the best customer service and quality repairs and I never feel like I'm being up-charged or over sold. I trust this shop and will continue to take my vehicles to Lomeli's Auto Repair in Gresham!!

I got some misinformation from les schwab and was told the motor mounts would need to be replaced. The office manager hopped in my car and we took it around the block finding nothing wrong with the vehicle. I appreciate him taking the time out of his day to basically tell me that nothing was wrong with my vehicle. Not many car repair places would do this for the possibility of no sale.

Great customer service. Will be returning for future repairs and oil changes.

We were on the way to a weekend seminar in Pasco when my Volvo's radiator split just outside of Gresham. Lomeli's got us in--even though the repair guy was ill--and got us back on the road within 2 hours. The price, even with the rush, was incredibly affordable.
I wish I could give them 10 stars. They were phenomenal.

I cannot speak highly enough about Eddie and Lomeli Auto Repair and Sales. I purchased a car 4 years ago for my mother from Eddie.That car was very sound and my mother loved it. I recently decided I wanted to get my mother an upgrade. Within 24 hours Eddie had my mother in her brand new car. He took her previous car on trade and sent her out with a 2012 Jetta SLE in perfect condition. She's overjoyed! I live in Bend Oregon so I had to handle everything via phone. Because Eddie's so trustworthy, I didn't have to worry about the quality or cost of the car. I highly recommend Eddie and Lomei Auto Repair and Sales.

Well long story short had bad service at a pervious tire shop.And Carlos was very kind went over and beyond to help me and my family out and we really appreciate it! Turned a bad day into an awesome day Thank you again we made it home safe and stress free. Happy Thanksgiving :)

I had taken my Jaguar to a Jag shop that only repairs Jaguar vehicles three different times to figure out what was wrong with my car. The mechanic gave me ambiguous answers about the nature of the problem and it wasn't being fixed at all. Finally, I got tired of wasting my money and my time and decided to take my car to We Can Fix It Auto Repair based on a stellar recommendation from my boyfriend. Carlos was very friendly and repaired my car the first time. It runs better than it ever has. Carlos is an honest mechanic that will fix your car and get you on your way. I would recommend We Can Fix It Auto Repair to anyone no matter if you have a foreign or domestic vehicle. Carlos is your guy.

I’ve been looking for a good place to bring my car to for years…bounced around, dealing with shady people, bad and overpriced shops. It’s really hard to find honest people these days and get affordable and quality work done on cars in my experience. I’m so glad that I found We Can Fix It Auto Repair because these guys really suit the bill. Had prior mechanics lie to me and tell me that I needed expensive repairs done that I really didn’t need. Took my car here and they were honest…I just needed some plugs and minor work. REALLY HONEST. Good customer service, friendly, and most importantly affordable. They have a customer for life. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I was recommended by my father-in-law to this auto repair shop. I am happy with Carlos' approach which is to try fixing the least expensive things first to take care of the problem, rather than doing the "whole ball of wax" all at once. For example, I had a power steering leak and instead of selling me a rack job, all he had to fix is a hose. Honest in my book. Work done in timely manner and even takes payments if you have gained his trust.

So, I was recommended to this shop by someone I knew. I was extremely exited about what was apparently a great business. Was I ever wrong. First off, I asked for an estimate on my vehicle. I wanted to find out how much it was going to cost. After almost 2 days of not hearing from them, ended up calling them because they hadn't communicated with me. When I was on the phone with the mechanic trying to get an estimate, the mechanic started explaining to me the fact that my tranny fluid was really low and that was why my vehicle wasn't shifting correctly.. I explictly asked him if that was major or not. He said it was no big deal and not to worry about it. He also mentioned that there was some oil leaks but that wasn't major as well. I, like I said before was just trying to get an estimate. By then end of the conversation, I had already been charged $140. Bad business. I hadn't authorized any work, and the time it took to just get an estimate was way beyond the normal limits. It gets better. Since the mechanic had told me that there was nothing major, I made a decision instead to have my radiator replaced. instead. The radiator was still functioning correctly, just had a few bent fins etc. I could have used that money towards more major repairs. The total bill was ~$500 for everything. I haven't even put 100 miles on the vehicle. So to make a long story short here is a summary of the issues and the reason for the poor rating.



1. There was never an "estimate" given, even when initially requested. I was automatically charged before I could authorize.

2. The information that was relayed to me from the mechanic was entirely incorrect. The issues that they said were "minor" were actually very very major, major enough for my vehicle to not function at all, now.

3. The customer service was OK. Though Carlos seems like a good guy, he still mislead me as well. When the final bill was tallied, I asked him if there was any possibility of me getting a small discount because I am a disabled USMC veteran. He looked at the bill and said "oh, yea, lets make an adjustment. I was exited that he went that far. In the end he didn't give me any discount, and the receipt reflected it. To me this was complete and blatant dishonesty. Bad business.



So, I once again contacted Carlos to see if there was anything he could do about the fact I was having the same issues, he said "No problem", just bring it back in and we will put some dye in to see where the engine was leaking., drive it for one hundred miles or so, and bring it back in! This was an ok solution for me. After I thought about it I made a decision to NOT return to this business because of a fear that once again this company was going to be dishonest. I will never again do business with this company.. I encourage you to visit them, if you are interested in having your money mismanaged by incompetence.

We recently took our truck in for a 90,000 mile service. Compared to the quote we received from the Dealership, We Can Fix It Auto Repair saved us a lot !! They gave us a loaner car to use so we were not inconvenienced while they worked on our vehicle. They were very through and completed the service right on time, without any high pressure up-selling. This place is phenomenal! They go above and beyond to put you and your car's needs before anything else. I know I can give them a call when I am having troubles, and they can make room. They also get your car out of there fast! An honest shop to go to for once, that isn't going to try to charge you more than what you are paying for. I've never been so confident in a shop. I will only go to this shop for my car!

I would say this place is honest dependable and total life savior for my family. With me living in Arizona and my son living in Oregon, its nice to know he has a place to take his car who takes such good care of his car along with being very affordable. They went beyond the call of duty twice for my son and I highly recommend then.

This is a great shop. I dealt mostly with Carlos, and he explained everything clearly and made sure to give me a range of how much it was going to cost. He also called me to update me throughout the day about the repair, and even buffed a skid out of the side of my car for free. Great shop, reasonably priced, highly recommended!



Just FYI, My check engine light was on, I had 2 fuses out, and there was a short in the wiring for my headlights (they weren't working at all), and the break fluid was low so every time I went around the corner the check engine and emergency break light would come on. To fix these issues, they charged 104.00.
