Awesome Service and really like the great selection of Energy Drinks and Lottery Service.. The Gas filler up person was very quick and efficient... I will for sure go back here time and time again and will refer it to my friends and family!! Am Pm Arco at 57 W Powell, 97030

Customer service was worst I've seen by any gas station ever. Manager on duty was passive aggressive, abusive to customers & a disgrace to any business. Watched a scene unfold in front of me (Didn't happen to us, another customer in front of us), felt sorry for this guy, manager was a true idiot. I'm sure he thought he was being some kind of big man by trying to humiliate this guy, but in the end, he just made himself look like the absolute moron that he was.



Customer got blocked in trying to get to pump & drove up slightly on curve. BARELY. Instead of handling it professionally ("Sir, I prefer that you don't do that.") the guy started talking loudly for everyone to hear, although in true coward's form, not to the guy directly, "Stupid idiot drove on my curb, well he can wait, He can go somewhere else, can you believe this guy? Stupid idiot, I ain't serving him here, what a idiot...



Now, Im sure the guy heard him, but he was very cool, didn't take confrontation, just ignored him & to the guy's dismay, started pumping gas. LOL Probably from out of state & didn't realize in OR you don't pump your own gas. So this manager, instead of pushing him to go somewhere else and retaliating by making him wait, got nowhere, LOL, now he had to deal with him.



Guy went inside to pay at the cashier, guy starts yelling outside to some other customer, same thing, DID YOU SEE HIM? DID YOU SEE WHAT HE DID? on and on.



Still fuming, as soon as guy comes out from paying, he shuts up in true coward fashion yet again, then goes inside and tries slamming the door...



Guy he spoke to outside, the other customer, shook his head and looked at another guy outside & said "Guy must have forgot to take his Prozac today!" LOL So instead of being the big tuff guy he was trying to be, he looked like a complete moronic idiot that he was.



Steer clear of this pathetic excuse for a business until that guy is canned! MORON!
