Richard's Rv Servicenter

I'd give Richard’s RV Servicenter 10 Stars if I could. As I was leaving my home outside of Atlanta early on Thursday heading to Charlotte, NC, a leveling board that I had under one of the wheels sprang up and destroyed the flush valves for both my gray and black water tanks. Heading north, we started looking for a place to repair the camper after 9:00 AM knowing that most RV centers don’t open until then. The first place I stopped at said they only had three techs working and they flat out couldn’t repair the camper. Heading north on I-85, Richard’s was the next RV center. At this point, all I could think is that when we do find someone to fix the camper, we’ll be hanging around the shop all day and not get our camper setup until late in the evening. When I pulled into Richard’s and explained my situation, all I received was positive feedback. Although it was apparent that there was a lot of activity in their repair bays, they indicated that they would get the camper fixed and have us back on the highway as soon as they can which they absolutely did. On top of that, the repair cost was very reasonable and less than I anticipated under the situation. All I can say is that their level of customer service could not have been better. Our day started off on a bad note and they made it better. I only wish they were local to Atlanta because they certainly earned my future business.
