I love Dr. Stafford and his associates. They have been taking care of my kids for about 8 years. They have never ordered unecesary testing or procedures (nickel and dime you) and take a very hands on approach. They listen to the patient/parent and do not treat you like cattle, which has been my experience at many other practices.

They have taken care of me for about 10 years when I have been in SC. Took care of my husband, too, before he passed (it had nothing to do with them) and took care of my daughter when she was visiting and became ill. Overall the care has been very good and the doctor is caring and helpful. He actually listens. He has been patient with payment too, as my out of state insurance seems to have some issues with the local branch it has to go through. The only reason I can't go to this office any more is that I no longer drive and the local buses don't run there.

Overall
worst doctors office

This is absolutely the worst office I had ever been to. I had my 2 week old infant being seen here. She developed a very bad cold from the age of 2 weeks and then got a little better. 3 weeks later I noticed her cold had come back and was very congested so I took her to get seen. The doctor did not do any test for rsv and said it was "acid reflux". That seemed to be a strange diagnoses for her being that I was a nurse and knew her symptoms along with her cough seemed very congested. Well by that night she had gotten worse and took her to another office (Who I love!) And they did an rsv test. It came back positive!! Not only did they misdiagnose her but if I had ignored them and trusted there medical advice my infant could have very well have gotten worse and possibly have died. Rsv is a serious virus in infants! I was so upset that I switched her to another office and now we could not be happier!
