One star on everything because I could not experience it for the following reason.

Regal Cinema blew a great opportunity to generate good customer relations. The theater used to be AMC, and I went there expecting to use one AMC coupon and buy other tickets. Any good manager with an eye for the bigger picture and potential business would have given the benefit of the doubt and honored the AMC coupon especially because the place was not sold out. But, alas, the manager was narrow minded and in spite of the fact that there were empty seats in the place refused to honor the coupon. So, I refused to patronize them at all. Regal Cinema not only lost revenue from the tickets I was going to buy, but also ruined any future patronizinig from me or my friends. Not good thinking by the manager.

I will advise everyone that Greenwood Stadium 14 in Greenwood Indiana does not have their priorities right when it comes to customer satisfaction.
