place sucks!!!!!! i drove 45 mins to get there to pick up my sisters dog on sunday and then to find out they only work one hour on sunday at 5 that is crazy .. people got stuff to do grassy creek ,, you guys dont care enough about the animals or the owners . you guys suck... get better employees to..verrrrry rudeee.. halfff star

Horrible place to leave your pet. I left my dog there while on vacation and when I picked him up he had 3 nasty cuts on his nose and a chunk of hair missing from his tail. Not one employee notified me of this I discovered it myself. He's also had stomach issues and has been very skittish since we picked him up from that facility. None of this was an issue prior to his stay here. The staff is incompetent and has no compassion. They refuse to rectify the situation they caused to my do. So if you want your dog to be mistreated and returned to you injured and not the same as you dropped them off then by all means take them to this disgusting place.

I have been taking my 2 dogs to Grassy Creek Kennels for some time now for Doggie daycare and I am so glad that I did! My dogs were about 7 months old at the time and needed to be socialized with other dogs and to burn off some excess energy. The dogs LOVE going to daycare because they get to play, as a matter of fact, start jumping & barking in the car when I turn onto Sayre Dr. because they know its a play day. I think the greatest recommendation that you can make for a this type of business is how your dogs react when you pull up in the parking lot. If that is the case, then Grassy Creek must be the Disney World of doggie daycares, because my girls can't wait to go. I have also had my dogs groomed at Grassy Creek and they do an exceptional job, especially working with me on a nail trimming issue that I had with one of the dogs. Thank you Grassy Creek Kennels for taking such good care of my dogs when I cannot be there with them. Greatest Staff you will ever want to meet!

Kennel was not acceptable for dogs. No shade or trees in outside area. Looks like an office with dog cages behind doors. Won't use again.
