They helped me find homes for my family and other transplants, even found office space though Mr J told me they don't do commercial real estate. After not getting return calls or real follow up from so many other companies and time running out I got a frantic call in to the company after hours to Mr. Johnson and told him of our situation. It was a long rambling call, how I kept him on the phone that long I don't know. It was part venting frustration and part business but Mr J assured me he heard my needs and would handle this for me. I was assured a call back the next evening after 7pm and a time then to meet. I was a little upset and taken aback because it couldn't be earlier in the day but Mr J told me he doesn't take calls or do business Tuesdays or Thursdays 3 to 7pm, "his Sons time." I soon came to appreciate how valuable that time was. The life changing call came at 7:30pm the next day with a follow up meeting with "The Johnson Crew." The meeting came with introductions of everyone ready to help with the relocations of everyone, pets and all! They even arranged to have our cars relocated, belongings moved and stored until our new homes could be either constructed or remodeled and with short term rentals so we could get all families out of the hotels as soon as possible. Any problem that came up Mr. Johnson would give it to me straight, gave me choices on fixes and kept corporate, my wife and I informed throughout the whole process. Over a year Mr J still didn't take calls during those times no matter what was going on. In the beginning we were so lost in the process and were overwhelmed but soon trusted Mr Johnson and his people. It was expensive but the results were amazing! I kept hearing from other realtors how a predominately construction company couldn't handle this task. This from the same people that ignored our repeated calls and messages. We're now spread out from Rockwall to Commerce but the transitions were great. Each family had different needs from medical to schools to wanting rural to needing a social scene. Our needs were heard, our faith was well placed and well worth every dollar. When your company gives you 30 days to move, move your people or fire them and set up new homes, office, uproot your family and life you need a team to handle all of the details. I'm glad I found the right team. To call them relocation specialists doesn't even give them the credit they deserve.
