        Today I went to the store in Congaree rd in Greenville SC to look for a fireplace gas log to my new home, the sales people in this place are TERRIBLE, please put people that want to work and know what you sale...First they dont care in the customer I stay more than 2 minutes in the store not body ask me what I look...then after I ask I need a fireoplace thru vent means both sides vent she dont know and told me is a special order I ask how much$$$ around 1200 and 1400 depend on logs, then I ask for the specifications ...and here was the problem they dont found the product...so how can they give an estimate without the product...i wait for them more than 10 minutes and they dont know nothing...sorry you just lost a excellent customer....Never again I will be there.
