        David appraised my house to market it for sale. He was professional, knowledgeable, and informed me of all sales and listigs I would be competing against. I market my home slightly over appraised value (expecting a lower offer) and within 8 days had a contract $2,000 below appraised value. This was my mothers home that had passed away and I had no idea what it was worth. Thanks David for the guidance in my time of grieving and great appraisal.
