Prisma Health Upstate Pharmacy

I called the pharmacy Tuesday morning, March 3rd, to request a refill on a prescription and was told they had to order it and would arrive the next day March 4th. I requested they call me when it arrived since I live in Travelers Rest, SC. They agreed to call. They did not call on the 5th or the 6th. So, I placed a call on the afternoon of March 6th and the phone rang 20 plus times with NO ANSWER!!!!! Finally, I drove to the pharmacy to check on it, and it was there. I told the young lady about my problems but she was not apologetic at all. Since this is only my second contact, I hope the service improves in the future. If not, I will transfer my business elsewhere.
