Palmetto Appliance Professional

Our washer broke and was under a Home Depot Protection Plan warranty. They sent Palmetto Appliance out to service it 5 times. 3 months later we learned there was nothing actually wrong with the washer at all, but the voltage coming from the plug was not enough to power the washer. The maintenance tech at our apartment replaced the plug and now it works. Wish Palmetto would have troubleshooted and figured that out long ago though.

Palmetto Appliance saved my time by allowing me to order the part I needed to repair my oven without a service call. Steve came out on the day/time agreed upon, and he quickly and efficiently repaired my oven. They honored my service agreement with American Home Shield, but when I need another repair, I will definitely ask for Palmetto Appliance.

Awesome service!!! They can out for Lowes on my refrigerator, very professional, will definitely use again.
