From day one of moving into Millennium it's been nothing but problems. The day we picked up our key, later that evening as we were moving in their gate malfunctioned gate causing damage to my car. We contacted management advised them what happened, they were not willing to accept responsibility and told us their landscaping contractors left a bale of pine straw near the sensor therefore causing the gate to malfunction and which damaged my car and I had to contact their contractor. We had to fight with them to accept responsibility as Millennium wouldn't to get issue resolved. The unit 29206 has terrible to no insulation or any kind of weather stripping causing me and our grand baby to get sick. Every window in that unit has a draft and when standing in front of the front door you can see the outside and feel the air coming in creating an electric bill for more than $200 a month to try to heat a space that's not even 1200 sf to make that space livable. Our heat was set at 80 degree's just to get the temperature inside at 74. We've also had to deal with frogs and snakes lurking at the front door and coming into the unit. When we contacted maintenance they blew this off like this is ok. We had to put down moth balls and other snake be gone stuff around our door hoping it will take care of the problem.



When we decided to give notice we were leaving, the management advised us we would now be out on a month to month rental which now would take our rental payment from the current $998.0 a month to $2678.00. There is not a unit in the complex that is worth $2678.00.
