Dunkin'

Ready to work folks need not apply. They've had a HIRING NOW sign out there forever but I don't know if its true. After attempting to apply four times without luck because they couldn't print apps I did finally manage to fill one out despite the fact that it felt like a morgue when I walked in there. One person was friendly only after I instigated a conversation or told them what I needed....this included the GM Not one smiling face or greet. How pathetic, Being one who has needed work take pride in my work and know customer service and increasing sales and return business am dumbfounded at who's hiring who and WHY?? are there not better candidates to look at.

Need new workers and management...asap.

The old fashioned cake doughnuts have black flecks in them. The manager told me that it was spices.... Although it didn't taste spicy to me. Don't go here if you want quality service. And forget about getting anything replaced if it looks suspicious or is of no quality.

I visited this store because I had a coupon for a free drink. I bought a breakfast sandwich as well. I also bought a regular coffee since the freebie was so small it was gone real quick! The sandwich was not very hot and it was overcooked. The coffee was lukewarm and watery. I went back to get a refill thinking I might get a good cup and they refused saying they weren't set up for that. Huh??? What restaurant have you ever been in that didn't offer coffee refills?! I even offered to pay something! Anyway, I'll steer clear of Dunkin Donuts from now on! There are plenty of places to go that are far superior! Dare I mention a place with golden arches?!
