Forget about calling this company if you have a 2-storey home.

Apparently they are very selective about just how much work they undertake.

Very poor business ethic.

Fortunately there are other companies out there who are still willing to provide excellent customer service, so please move on and call another company, these folks do not deserve your business.

They also need to drop the word "Pride" from their name.
