Chase Bank

This started off as a good bank. However, they have gotten into a habit of "Holding" your money and only allowing you to access to much. We deposited out Payroll check and were not allowed to access the funds. SO we took a picture of the next check and deposited that way....not allowed to access our own funds. The Banker at Chase on Wagner, told me if I Deposited the check into the ATM or inside, the funds would be immediately available. So with our next check we go back to the ATM and deposit, only to be told we could have $100 and will have to wait close to 5 days before we can have the rest. Tell me, How is it I Can cash my check at Wal-Mart and get MY money immediately but my bank won't allow it. We have bills to pay, rent due, and you are not allowing us to do so! We are closing out account Monday morning and are more then happy to go to Wal-Mart and pay the $3 fee because we actually receive OUR money.
