Meridian Park Apartments

This place is beyond words , we paid close to $2000 dollars for a furnished apartment that was absolutely disappointing. It wasn't cleaned when we moved in, spent 6 hours cleaning it, the carpet was old and smelly, definitely needs replaced. The furniture was never inspected, there were two chairs with broken legs, the swivel on the TV was broken, the dishwasher didn't work. The headboard on the master bed had chewed gum stuck behind it, the mattress looked like it had a bloody something stuck to the side of it. The paint in the bathroom ceiling was peeling off, there was a dead cockroach in some box under the bed, there was pet hair under the covers as well. In the other room there were toe nail clippings and trash under the bed. I mean I could go on and on. Management is lacking big time they are not interested in accommodating the tenant or correcting their mistakes. I regret the day we decided to throw our money away by renting with Meridian. Please do not waste your time and money here.

Run as far in the opposite direction as possible! In the year I lived here I never met one person with a nice thing to say about this place. Everyone I came into contact with felt the same way we did: It's a trap. The customer service is lacking...if you have issues with things not working or breaking (which happens often) it's never fixed in a timely manner and when it is fixed they always try to find loopholes on why it isn't THEIR fault or responsibility. They don't appreciate their tenants. You're just another number...and lord god almighty don't try to move out! The minute you decide you want to leave they take it personally and cop an immediate attitude; attempting to suck every last dime out of you. I have NEVER not received a deposit back from anywhere I've lived and we cleaned our apartment from top to bottom like normal and we didn't get a dime back! This place is full of dishonest, rude people who don't know the first thing about customer service or running a business! Take your money and time elsewhere and you will save yourself much frustration!

I lived at meridian park for 2 years and since I moved in the staff has been very rude. When you are signing your lease and writing hem checks they are very helpful and make promises they obviously after living here they fail to follow through with. Example one being when I moved in I asked if they could contact me before entering my apartment. They were very compliant saying they could put it on my lease to contact tenant etc.. but they have failed to contact me and entered my apartment when I was not thereand just left a note laying on my floor and when I brought this up to the staff they responded it was impossible for them to contact every tenant before entering apartments. Another example was I was laying out at the pool and they called my cell phone and left me a message saying that I was not allowed to have more than 2 of my friends at the pool when it was the middle of the week and there was maybe 5 other occupants at the pool. I have other examples of how rude the staff is but it is unnecessary to list everything. But be cautious they are very nosey and enter your apartment and snoop when your not there . Personally I feel its an invasion of privacy and prefer to live someplace where they treat there tenants like they say they are going to.
