Fuji Japan Sushi & Steakhouse

DISGUSTINGLY RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! I placed a to-go order and when I came to pick it up 10 to 15 minutes afterwards the young white man blamed me saying i didn't call it in the order (even after I showed him my phone and the number I called with the time). He proceeded to place the order in again. I would have been fine with that but not one apology nor would look look me in the face. When he gave me my order he said, "here you go" and then walked away. Not even the owner apologized for the mistake. I will never come back o this place again. This is the second time that young man has been nasty on the phone and in person. Learn some customer service. Lost my business and I will make sure I tell everyone I know bad their customer service is. Sad because the food is descent.

I like this restaurant whenI have time to dine in. In placing a to go order, the person that usually answers the phone does not speak English very well and is rude. It's difficult to make sure your order is correct if you cannot understand what the person is saying and you have to get past the abrupt answers to your questions! I like the young lady at the register. Maybe she should answer all the calls...

I had lunch at Fuji last week its an awesome Japanese Restaurant. Expect great food, service and extremely clean.
