Patient for 20+ years, plus 3 children of mine. They have gone downhill fast. Dr F is okay, but receptionist is awful. Told me if I got my daughters prescript filled in her current frames instead of buying a new pair it voids the warranty. Not true. I asked to order a pair of popular name brand frames since they didn't have them, she said no because patients change their minds and won't pay. I said I'd prepay, she said no. I asked if they would fill the script in a pair I get elsewhere, she said "they really don't like to do that". Don't like to do that??! Came back a week later, low and behold they had EIGHT pairs of the frames I wanted in asst colors! She either ordered them after I left and never bothered to tell me, or she had them on order before and never told me! She once tried to upsell my 9 year old daughter a pair of 400$ Coach frames, saying they were the only ones that fit her. And they were UGLY! And 400$! Dr F will retire soon anyway. Go ANYWHERE else!
