They were unable to consistently staff my children's care. Paperwork was often submitted late to the state and more than once lost and as a result there were constant gaps in service. . Appropriate professionalism was lacking in the office staff. After leaving I found out there were questions regarding the staff not being up to date on cpr and first aide training along with general clearances. If you are considering using this agency I strongly suggest that you demand to see copies of all clearances for anyone working with your children.
