Waterworks Distribution

On 09-29-07 @ 3:00 p.m. I placed a $5.00 bill in the change machine on Inman Rd car wash & the change machine took my $5 bill & didn't give me any coins & the "inop" light came on. Called the phn# 852-3203 & left a message to have someone return my phone call. Called a total of 4 times between 09-29-07 & 10.10.07 & have not recieved any return phone calls from this business to resolve this issue. I'm out $5.00 & not happy about the poor customer service of not having my calls retuned at all. Would at least expect a return phone call & more so my money refunded to me.
