        Frustrated with my suddenly dysfunctional vacuum, I turned to the internet and found Vacuum Center of the Triad..I called first to be sure someone there would be able to fix the problem---probably a belt, I thought. The brushes weren't turning! I brought in my Hoover and a young man put it up on the examination table and turned it on. " It works," he said. I looked at him in disbelief. Grinning, he revealed his magic touch. "Just push this button," he said, and changed the function from floor to rug vacuuming. I was so relieved. "What do I owe you?" I asked. "Not a penny," he replied, smiling. Advice is free!
        I am so happy to have found this business. They were friendly and encouraging. What a wonderful experience to start my day!
