If at all possible, do not go here! I've been a patient at UM&FC for years, but the experience has gone downhill since my general care physician moved to another practice. On the urgent care side, the waits are atrocious, and I've never seen a doctor in less than 2.5 hours. On the appointment center side, it can take weeks to get an appointment with your regular doctor. While I do like most of the doctors there (which is the only reason for the second general star, and four stars on expertise), the front-of-house staff is terrible. If you need something like paperwork filled out, a refund of an overpayment, or even a referral, be prepared to call or go in the office several times in order for it to get done, if it gets done at all.

I definely would recommend this urgent care. I've been going her for over 25 years. The doctors are top notch and give you great care. The follow up and testing is really great. If my doctor of record is not in, I have no problem being seen by someone else. As is true for all urgent cares, the wait can sometimes take several hours, but they will be up front with you and recommend another time that may be better. I think it says volumes that most of the doctors have been at this location ten years plus. No matter where you live in Greensboro this is the best facility there is. Try it out today!

I always use them if I need an urgent care even thought it is not that close for me. I have see Dr Daub several times. There is usually a long wait but that is typical of any urgent care. They do take appointment also. They are great on the phone to tell you how busy they are and what might be a better time to come. Their folllow up is commendable. The prescriptions are always called in asap and ready. They follow up to check on you and with additional results-ie radiologist readings of x-rays. They are ver efficient in handling anything else you might need or have to call back for. They never drop the ball on any requests. In my opinion, they are top notch. It also says a lot that most of the Drs there have been there 10 years or more!!
