Tri City Auto Salvage

Placed an order yesterday said part would be here today called at 3pm. They said it wasn't there so I said you could of called and told me. Will never use them again

These people are crooks.



I live in the rust belt and I occasionally buy used parts from Southern US yards. I needed a steering knuckle assembly, found one online at Tri-City Auto Salvage, called and spoke to JT who was very friendly and assured me the low mileage part had been sitting inside the vehicle and had a good wheel bearing. So I bought it. Well the folks at Tri-City must be laughing at the dumb yankee as they shipped me a trash part, all rusted up, bearing locked solid, dust shield bent like a pretzel and totally unusable. Hopefully this review will help someone else not make the same mistake.

I bought a used rear end from trip city back in Feb it went out this past sat called them up cause it was still under warranty $100 for extended warranty well worth it they picked up my truck took it to the shop rebuilt my rear end at no cost to me "wow" is the best word that comes to mind will definitely use these guys again

I asked the guy Corey for a part, they had it in stock and he took my information Credit card information and personal information and said he would call me to let me know when the part would be removed and inspected from the car. That was at 2 oclock. I hadn't receieved a courtesy call or nothing and wondered what was going on. When I called they were closed. The man Corey never called me to tell me anything about the status of the part I ordered. I waited around all day waiting for him to call and with no phone call back saying anything of any inconvenience. I was told I would get a call back in less then 1 hour. Which again I never got. I would not recommend them to anyone. Just on severe lack of professionalism.
