Subway

I placed an online order with the store; I received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged. They did not have my order. They sent me to 5700 W. Market, a store owned by the same franchisee. The owner sent me back to the first store for my food. The first store refused to make my food and told me to contact Subway corporate for a refund. Very poor service with this franchisee.

On a recent work-related trip, I made a quick stop at Subway for lunch. The people who made my sandwich were very efficient and friendly. These people really seem to put the customer first.
