        Overall

        You are better off going to a hair salon who will look out for the best customer service. All units inside JC are independently operated, so if you are not happy with what happens to your hair, you may never receive a refund. Good luck and god speed to your hair in entering Salons by JC. And look out for the staff, if you feel you have a complaint, the attitude changes from kind to defensive.
