Is there a way to give a star rating of less than 1?



This company's website makes it appear that they do primarily corporate-oriented engravings (nameplates, etc). I called to see if they engrave jewelry. The response was "uhhh...yeah", as if I was an idiot. Then the guy says, "but we don't engrave the inside of rings" which happens to be exactly what I needed. So...maybe not such a stupid question after all, guy. I asked if they engrave the outside of rings. The response? "Uhhhh, I'd prefer NOT to".



um...what?



Based on the above experience, this place is a totally unprofessional business with whom I would not trust the cheapest piece of my jewelry.
