We support the seniors desire to remain as independent as possible while supporting family caregivers through providing them respite when their loved one requires all types of appointments. My AppointMATE promotes this by getting to know the senior, gathering complete contact, escorting them throughout the medical visit or other appointment, recording information, helping the senior to follow up on orders such as getting lab work done, or filling a prescription. We help caregivers by keeping you informed about your senior’s progress after each visit. Our services free you to focus on your other responsibilities such as deadlines at work or duties at home. My AppointMATE offers this form of respite to help you so you can help others.

Services/Products

My AppointMATE is not a transportation service. Transportation is incidental to what we do! We are a service that offers you transportation to your appointments with a companion that provides you 'Door Thru Door' service. Our companions arrive early to be sure you are prepared for your appointment. We then will accompany you to your appointment and stay with you throughout your visit, provide any support you require during your visit and we will then bring you back home and be sure you are comfortable before we depart.
