        Overall

        It was just a good feeling when I walked in the door. Although Mike(the owner) was helping someone else, he immediately acknowledged me. I drove for 50 minutes just to have my Viking serviced. Mike made me feel like I was important and that my sewing machine was also important to him. I know it is in good hands and will be serviced properly.

        The owner was so helpful when i came in the store. I was looking for a sewing machine and but didn't know where to start. He was very kind and asked several questions to get an idea of what I would need. Customer service was fantastic! I purchased a sewing machine that day! And he continued to reiterate to me that if I needed any help or had any questions with my purchase to give him a call. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this store to everyone. Don't buy a sewing machine on the internet, go here! It has been four months since I purchased the sewing machine and I am soooo happy with it!

        I would stay away

        I found the owner to be quite rude and inflexible. I was especially surprised about this since I was interested in purchasing a $700 vacuum. Stay away!!!!!!

        This is the situation as it happen. This individual wanted to try out a vacuum without payment. I would gladly allow anyone to purchase and return if not satisfied
