Ivy & Leo

Ivy and Leo is an awesome store!! My daughter and I shop this store on a regular basis. We love the super cute clothes and the girls who work there are so much fun. We are always greeted immediately and the girls are always eager to help my daughter and I find everything we are looking for. I highly recommend this store for its trendy styles and the awesome customer service. Also, if you cant find your size of something you like in the store the girls can locate your size at another store and have it sent. Its a great benefit!

I agree with the below customer. Love everything in the store but the help is super rude. My daughter was trying clothes on 04/04/15 in the back. The store was closing at 6:00 instead of 8:00 for some reason and when customers started to come in to shop they told them they were closing at 6:00 it was 5:35 and turned out the lights with my daughter in the dressing room to get the customers out of store. Are you serious. Get new help if you want a good reviews. That will help with sales.

I love this store. The clothes are super cute and the prices are okay... however the people that work in there are some of the biggest snobs I have ever met... I would much rather shop online and pay shipping then go in there... so rude and they look at you top to bottom judging everything about you. it's just very uncomfortable. also I bought something and tried to return. the problem is the rude cashier forgot to inform that they don't do returns. now I'm stuck with a gift card that I probably won't use.
