        Overall

        Sent a driver that had met his limit on hours and then told him to leave half way through the pour. Had to dump concrete on the ground before he left, shovel concrete in wheelbarrow and transport to the slab. I in no way can recommend such un professional people. When we called the plant the less than educated dispatch said there was nothing they could do. Order concrete from ANYONE other than Hartley.
