        Overall

        When I called the bus station to get information, I found the gentleman answering the phone to be cold, sarcastic and disrespectful. When I asked for a certain bus coming in his answer was "everyday". I paused to let him know I was not calling to play but to get information. There was a little change in his temperament. However, I did get the information I called for.
