Incredibly rude and condescending front desk staff. Would not recommend anyone visit this facility if they want prompt or courteous medical assistance.

While the doctors are competent, the front desk/office staff are incredibly rude and condescending. Would not recommend visiting this facility if you need prompt or courteous medical care.

The Family Practice I first rate.

The After Hours Clinic has problems. I went in on Saturday with excruciating headaches and diaphragmatic pine from coughing. The have a policy of no painkillers. This policy must be based on something other than science and violates the Hippocratic Oath.

This practice is HORRIBLE! I saw Lisa Miller "MD" for an issue I was having with my throat. She spent less than 2 minutes (not an exaggeration) with me and told me to go home and take Tylenol. Such a shocker when I received a bill for $118. I called the office and asked them to reconsider, based on the amount of time she spent and the outcome. Lisa Miller "MD" said the charge was appropriate for time and the decision making involved with my visit. WHAT?!? A week later, I was able to find a new doctor who gave me medication to help my sore throat since she did not do a thing. Lisa Miller “MD” (or the practice) does not even deserve the one star rating.
