DriveTime Used Cars

Went to drive-time on Wendover Ave. this morning and the salesperson we were working with was really professional. We were approved for the loan but the problem was we had to have a large amt. down because of no credit. They have such a high approval rate but you would have to ask yourself, "how many people actually left the lot with a vehicle?" Down payment so huge may as well buy one with lesser miles for what they were asking. We are going back to the other place where down payment for first-buyer isn't so high. High mileage,equals high priced vehicle? Just to get a car? No thank you! Even with no credit, go to another lot where they sale low mileage vehicles and require lower down payments. On top of that, sales manager called to see if we have arrived, which I told him that we had just left and explained what I didn't like or understood about the terms. I told him i meant no harm only to get attitude from him. He talked over me like what I had to say wasn't important. Needless to say I hung up (so unprofessional for a sales manager)! Never going back! Never experienced anything like that before hope I never have to again!! I'll just do without a car!The sales associate deserved the star....he was okay with me. Wasn't going to do a review but was upset by the experience and hope the sales manager is dealt with so he is not rude to anyone else.
