Superior service, trust and integrity! Phillip provided service for our computer in 2010, his company was the first on my list during our non-operating computer recently. He was able to get us back up and running quickly. Even though our computer is dated he was extremely helpful in giving ideas and suggestions for getting the system operable as if it was new while being extremely truthful regarding spending future expenses for more repairs. There are very few service oriented companies were attention to post follow-up is provided. Highly referred!

I called Computer Repair of Greensboro after having a bad experience with the Geek Squad. I am a a single female and was leary about having someone come into my house I didn't know. When Phillip showed up he immediately put me at ease. Not only did he do a fabulous job of fixing my problem he taught me a few things for future reference in the process. I truly feel blessed. My computer is working great.

I read the reviews before I called Computer Repair of Greensboro and was pretty impressed but frankly also a bit skeptical. I had stepped on my laptop screen and cracked the display. When I called I spoke with Phillip and decided to take it in. Long story short he looked at it and called with price. I told him to go ahead and order the screen and 3 days later when it was supposed to be ready he called to tell me that he had ordered the wrong screen by mistake. The reason I was so impressed was that he didn't make excuses or blame it on the supplier or another employee. He took responsibility for it; ordered another screen the same day, had it overnighted and my computer was ready the next day. He also discounted the price 10% for the one day delay. There is truth to the old saying "that it's not the mistake but how you recover from it that makes the difference." I haven't had a better experience that I can remember under the circumstances. Highly recommend.

I called Phillip after I attempted to connect a wireless network on my own. He came to the house that night at 6:00! While we had some difficulty in getting the connection, Phillip worked tirelessly in troubleshooting the problem and when all was said and done he determined that my router was not working with my device. He came back the very next day with a new router and everything works beautifully now. He has even followed up with some texts to make sure everything is OK. I highly recommend Computer Repair of Greensboro. It's nice to know I have someone I can trust to help with my computer concerns.

My computer crashed due to a virus. I had several references from coworkers but the people I spoke to or visited did not seem to care if they had my business and the prices were ridiculous. I searched for computer repair companies in Greensboro, N.C. and thank goodness I contacted Computer Repair of Greensboro. After speaking with Phillip I immediately was at ease. He was very knowledgeable and even came and picked my computer up for me. He contacted me with the problems before starting any work, told me my options and gave me very sound advice. He was able to keep all of my information for me and restored it to my computer, installed and set up a firewall that works and at a price that was very fair and reasonable. The next day I had my computer back, working better than ever – and by the way he delivered it to me. Thank you Phillip, Computer Repair of Greensboro for treating me so kindly. I would highly recommend Computer Repairs of Greensboro for any of your computer needs.

I'm not much of a review writer but I felt compelled after my experience with Computer Repair of Greensboro on Monday. My laptop got infected with a very serious virus. Completely locked down. I had a webinar I had to be on at 3:00 PM that day. It was mandatory and I could not miss it. I called Computer Repair of Greensboro. Phillip answered immediately and after I explained my situation he told me to bring it in right away. I called 3 other places before I called him and not one even considered helping me out. I rushed over to his place and I sat there while he worked on mine and several others at the same time. 2 hours later I was good to go and the laptop was running like new. No lost data. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. I would rate them 5 stars, no question. Thanks Phillip !

I cannot thank Computer Repair of Greensboro and Phillip Bishop enough! I work from home and am therefore dependent on my computer to complete tasks for my clients and stay in touch. When my hard drive crashed last week and my computer failed to boot, I was in complete panic mode. One quick call to Phillip and he had my computer in hand an hour later. He took the time to understand my needs with the computer, and realizing how dependent I was for work, worked well into the night fixing my computer and replacing my hard drive. I had my computer back in my possession less than 24 hours after the problem began. Phillip was professional, fast, thorough, and very reasonably priced. I was also amazed at the level of follow-up over the next few days as he checked to make sure everything was still working well. You can't find customer service like this much anymore, and it was truly appreciated in a time when I needed it most. I am very appreciative of Phillip Bishop with Computer Repair of Greensboro! My computer caught a virus in the middle of researching information for a class assignment. Phillip came out promptly and diligently worked to remove the virus and get me back up and running. He fully informed me, prior to beginning, of his intended methods of attack and what the next steps would be if the initial attempt was unsuccessful. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and learned a few technical details along the way. Phillip had no problem sharing his knowledge and expertise to ensure that I was fully aware of what was going on. I sincerely appreciate his efforts and dedication to my computer needs. He could have easily removed the virus and considered his job done, but he took extra steps to make sure all components of my computer were functioning as normal. These guys are just good at what they do. I called this past Sunday at 11:00 am. A technician was on-site within 2 hours. Diagnosed it for $50(very cheap considering what most places charge) and repaired it the same day which included a complete reload of XP. Highly, highly recommend.
