University Loft Company s hardwood products dry naturally for approximately two years. This process assures better quality air-dried timber. The lumber cures in all types of environments. After drying by air, the lumber is kiln-dried under steam heat. This heat is generated from sawdust and excess wood waste. University Loft s most recent addition is a 500,000-square-foot facility. The facility offers warehousing and production. It is located a few minutes from University Loft Company s corporate headquarters in Indianapolis.
