Family Fun & Fitness

Horrible customer service. Filthy facilities. Tried to charge my 16 year old son $300! Seeking legal action against them.

I highly recommend that you do not go to family fun and fitness. They miss represent them selves and are rude, disrespectful and down right mean. They come off as a family oriented place and after admitting my oldest son on several occasions who is not a member sent us away when we were told he could not come this time due to a guest fee which we had NEVER paid in the past and didn't have the money to pay this time. Even though we had already checked in my 3 year old to the day care. And as we were leaving and my 3 year who is a member was crying and extremely upset because he didn't understand why he couldn't stay and play the attendant at the desk had the never to laugh at us. I guess she didn't think I would turn around and look back. I couldn't believe it and not even an apology. She herself had let my oldest in with no fee and had let me come in w a member before I was a member with no fee. Both on numerous occasions. I couldn't explain the actions to my boys because I myself didn't understand. How could I ever take them back there. I had previously paid for a daycare package for my 3 year old. How am I suppose to take him back after that? What else are they doing or saying while i'm gone. If this happened to me i'm sure it has happened to others. or will in the future to someone else. Don't let this happen to you. I was very mad and hurt and in shock. I couldn't belive this woman had the nerve to do this to us.

Most of the reviews in the past have been negatively skewed against the old management. I challenge all of you to come out and see the NEW Family Fun & Fitness. The facility is under new management and has been working hard to fix problems from the past.

From an indoor tennis court, 4 basketball courts, a pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, climbing wall, and boxing studio to the latest and greatest in fitness technology all under one roof.



Everyone from the avid power lifter to families looking for something to entertain on a budget, Family Fun & Fitness is for you.

Family Fun & Fitness is a wonderful family place with a great atmosphere. I have 3 kids and there is something for each one to do, as well as for mom and dad. Staff is friendly and efficient and i am happy to have joined. Thank you, FFF!
