McDonald's

I've only lived in this town less than a year and been to this restaurant 4 times and ALL 4 TIMES they screwed up my order. This time, the slip said NO PICKLES, and all 3 sandwiches were inundated with pickles that even after removing them, I couldn't eat my sandwiches, money wasted, I'll NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!

Honestly if the app would allow ZERO stars that is what I would have given. Literally everytime I come through this drive through my food is wrong or I wait a ridiculous amount of time and still end up with cold or old food. I realize that the employees at this restaurant do not control prices but it's super irritating to spend almost $7 on a meal for the fries to be stone coldalmost burnt and only half there after I was made to wait 5+ minutes on supposedly fresh fries. Clearly not the case. About 7 years ago I stopped going to BK in Greencastle and honestly I think I've eaten my last meal at McDonald's in Greencastle. Mr.Jedele your restaurant needs an overhaul, I say you stop mopping the floor while you are there and watch what and how your employees work. And before someone says the famous "they work for minimum wage" if you have accepted that job for that pay then you need to give 100% if not please find something else.
