Sorry service!!!!

So far this has been awful trying to get cable, internet, and phone set up our new house. Started the process on Monday of last week and it's still not finished. Was scheduled to have everything hooked up on Thursday, three calls later on Wednesday I'm being told that they can't do it until MONDAY because the tech overbooked himself. BUT if I drop the phone until the first part of the week he can do it on Thursday still. So he got that installed but said that it could take 2 WEEKS before someone buries the cable that is laying across my driveway. When I called today (Monday) and sat on hold for 18 minutes (happens everytime I call) to find out when they will be out to install the phone they tell me I have to pay ANOTHER $98 for that when I bought the bundle package and payed for it on Thursday. Now I am waiting on a call back to see what they decide. Besides dial up and satellite internet they are the only choice. This company is horrible! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!
