I was impressed that there was actually an MD at the clinic. He consulted with me about what I wanted to improve about my appearance. I told him my eyes were too crinkly and that my smile was turning down instead of up. He gave me a number of options and spoke in words that I could understand, no medical jargon. I went home and considered all of options. btw: no charge for this consultation. I made an appointment for a Dysport injection at my eye corners and for another type of injection at my lip corners. This went really really fast and didn't hurt. The Dysport worked slowly and the results were not complete for about a week, so nobody really noticed right away. The lip corners were immediate turned back up! btw again: The MD does all the treatments. He said he got an A in anatomy at Johns Hopkins. That's probably why it didn't hurt. Very impressive.
