Happy Dog Inn

Overly excited about my pets next stay. The staff there is so hands on and my dog came back MORE refreshed than ever. Its nice to know their is a place that you can trust the care your loved ones are recieving, even with that being animals!!!

I love that i can drop of my two dogs and I don't have to worry about them, I know they are taken care of!

The place is well manicured. The walk thru is very pushy and i needed somthing fairly soon so i decided to go with it. Before the walk thru all the staff was in the main office, and after they stayed in the office and ate their lunch. They said that your dog would be taken out to the grassy area 3 times a day for 20 min each..but its funny that all 3 times i went there no one had a single dog in the grassy area to play and run. I also don't like supporting someone who pays 5 grand for a puppy(saw it when i was there) when there are thousands of dogs being killed a day in shelters Not to mention they have 3 french bull dogs which is 15 grand. That is just sinful and stupid. I will take my business and dogs elsewhere.

We think that Happy Dog Inn is the most professionally run and beatiful dog boarding facility we have ever found. We will never use any other facility as we know that our two dogs will be very well taken care of, played with, and loved. We never worry about them when we are on vacation as the owners and their staff do an outstanding job. This facility is top notch and definitely the best!!

My Dogs(twin sisters) love the Happy Dog Inn. They have never been anxious or nervous when We pick them up. They have never had the usual stomach issues they used to get after staying at another kennel.

I would reccomend this Doggy Hotel to anyone, Jenny and her staff are the most caring people and will take excellent care of your family member.

Happy Dog Inn is the only Kennel in Florida that is as clean , and The people are sweet, they get in the pool with the Dog , the Landscape is Beutifull .. You can Pick your Dog up after 5 becouse i have done it .. You should Call out of coutesy. And the owener lives on site .. But they also Lifes too .. If you cant fallow the rules than Dont get pisted off go some where else and see if your Dog get the attition that they Deserved ..

Even thought someone is around 24/7 they say, they are very inflexible on their pick up and drop off hours. 7 to 5 that is it. I guess if you work to 5 pm or run a little late then BAM! $28.00 buck more please.



When asked questions they do not seem very happy to answer them even when given no reason to be snippy.



The contract says that if for some reason you could not pay they have lien rights that allow them to and this is straight from the contract "Happy Dog Inn may dispose of pet for any and all unpaid charges" More like a pet loan shark than a caring facility! Ever try small claims court like nearly every other business that is not a contractor? Instead they hold your pet hostage. I am not saying you should not pay but this is very creepy and makes one wonder if they only see your pet as dollar signs....



Also note to management, with that tight entryway get rid of the huge flower pots! What are you thinking. Like it is not hard enough to keep from hitting the building getting in and out of there.
