Renegade Taxi & Shuttle

Review posted because this is the same phone number as the other Renegade Taxi listed on this site. DO NOT USE THIS TAXI COMPANY!! Bad service and Driver trying to collect more money then quoted. Beware! I gave 1 star because there is not an option to rate this as 0 stars. I would not recommend Renegade Taxi to any current customer or any potential customer. My experience with them is one I don't want to repeat for many reasons. 1) I was told one price by the dispatcher prior to getting the taxi and it ended up being another price from the driver. 2) Taxi had two fairs in the cab prior to me and all seats were full and I was not informed of that fact ahead of time. It was cold out and if I refused the cab who knows when or if another cab would be sent to me. 3) I decided that when a fair was exiting the taxi to their destination that I would save the Taxi driver some time and get out with them, which was not my final destination spot so I walked the rest of the way. The female driver tried to charge me the same price as that fair exiting the taxi when we didn't travel the same distances to that destination. The driver still had one more fair to drop off. Makes me wonder who was on first on and if she was charging everyone fairly. 4) I paid what I tried to figure I owed after trying to work it out with the driver but she just threatened me. It turns out she never reported the amount that I paid and now I have to go to court for something I didn't do. The amount that the cop told me the driver said I owed is a different amount then what she tried to get me to pay that night. I called the company to complain about this situation and the dispatcher even said something doesn't add up and they would tell the owner about it. If this is happening to me it makes me wonder who else they are trying to cheat, or at least the driver is trying to cheat from other customers.
