Overall
Service

I love to thrift, love rummage sales and the like, However, this is one of the most ridiculous Goodwill stores I have ever seen. Whoever prices their items needs to go. They literally get All of their merchandise for free, yet the prices are very high. They seem to check labels, and if it's a "trendy" or "high end" label/item, the price reflects that. Regardless if it's a sweat stained ruined item..and the toy section is absolutely cruel. Broken toys that don't work, dolls missing limbs and permanently filthy, games missing crucial pieces. I don't expect it to be brand new, but at least working..especially when they charge 5.00 for one. Occasionally, you Can find a really reasonable item, but you really have to look. It's just the fact that I take offense when I see a used, stained t-shirt with a price tag Higher than a brand new t-shirt from a regular store. Then, upon checkout, there's the added insult of being asked to round up to the next dollar , when it's already overpriced . It's a shame, because I really Want to like them.. I just have to be honest. What the other reviewer said is spot on. If you can go to a different one, or a different thrift shop, do so.

infuriating.

Let's all take a moment to remember goodwill literally gets merchandise for free. This location in particular has the balls to charge more tha what you can get the item for brand new. And God forbid you try and negotiate prices, they act like you just called their kid ugly. This particular location also has a dour, self-important old woman for a manager who accuses people of stealing and insists they leave their purse at a register. She'll follow you around the store and inspect items in your cart. Poor thing. Probably dementia setting in. Anyway, save your time. It's big, but it's not a thrift store. .

The store on west mason in green bay is clean, spaceous and conveniently located, with lots of parking. The prices are so horrible that I don't consider this a thrift store. When I make my thrift store rounds, I never even think about Goodwill.

I used to shop at Goodwill weekly, but I've been staying away for a couple reasons: When there is the weekly color tag sale of 50% off, it sure is funny there is hardly any of those colored tags anywhere. I know that I'm not the only one that thinks that, I've heard a few customers while I was there, say the same thing...The other reason is that alot of your items are ridiculously priced!! What the heck? All these items are DONATED to you. You get these things free. I've seen a clearance sale tag from Walmart left on a shirt for $3 and Goodwill wanted 7.99 for it!!!! Come on already. Pretty soon a person won't be able to afford to shop there!!!

We live in Menominee, Mi, 50 + miles north of Green Bay! Several time a year after yard sales are done for the year, we head to Green Bay to one of our favorite places, the Goodwill store on Oneida Street. The store is always neat and clean and well stocked. We enjoy the big bright, airy, open atmosphere and the nice people that work there. Prices are VERY reasonable! We always find lots of treasures to take home with us.(Yes, we do have a big new Goodwill store in Menominee, Mi but it is so full of NEW clothes and NEW things that it doesn't even feel like a Goodwill store!!)One of the things I love to look for is BOOKS to read, and I collect cookbooks! I always find an armful! I also love dolls, and I always find a few to add to my collection!!When you're in Green Bay, be sure to visit the Goodwill store on Oneida! You'll be glad you did! There's plenty of parking, and it's in a great location! Don't forget to drop off you donations too!! How convenient is that? Drop AND Shop!
