Lolly's Hallmark Shop

I cannot believe how hard it is to use coupons here. Three different times I had a hard time using coupons. The first, was one I printed off a website, and for some reason I could not use it on a hallmark product, it was for the store only, Okay, fine, no biggie, but the second time I had 2 coupons one was for $3 off 3 cards and the other was $2 reward coupon. I picked out 5 cards and asked to make sure I could use them, the lady said I needed 3 more cards for the one coupon, I said I have 3 cards for the one coupon and 2 cards for the other coupon, she said again I need 3 more cards. I said I have five cards, that should be enough for both coupons. For some reason it wasn’t, my son was with that day and was picking out cards too, I paid for his just to be able to use my coupons. The third time, I received a rewards coupon, so I went in to buy a couple of ornaments, which at this time they were on clearance, the lady said I could not use them on them, I asked why, she said it says on the back. I left without buying anything. I read the back, my husband read the back and it says nothing about not being able to use it on sale or clearance items. I went to the loveland store a couple days later, and had no issues using my rewards on clearance ornaments. I have had rewards coupons before and have been able to use them on clearance ornaments, (different store). Not to mention that my old store took my rewards coupons even if they expired. I have been a rewards member for years, and in the ornament club, never had so many problems, until I came here. I went to this store as I am new to town and it was convenient. Plus some of the employees need to work on their customer service skills, snobs and have that better than you attitude.
