Dependable Property Management

I have been very disappointed in this company so far. When I tried to contact them about an issue they didn't get back to me. When I finally contacted them and got a hold of them, they were condescending, unhelpful and disrespectful, and ended up hanging up on me. They have lost paperwork for me and threatened to not rent to me because of it, when I had turned it in long before. They are unorganized, unprofessional and unaccomidating. They waited an entire month to cash one of my rent checks turned in on time. Tenants beware. They do not care about you as a customer or the quality of customer service they provide. Their "management" is not "dependable". Don't be fooled by the name.
