Worst company ever. Building is disgusting, they allow crazy parties, there are bugs, mice.

I can hear perfectly my neighbors when they talk.

Never answer the phone, emails. Rent is expensive.

I LIVE IN 1390 PROSPECT AVE,BRONX ABOUT 9 MONTHS. YOUR BUILDING HAVE TO MUCH DRUGS AND TO MUCH PROBLEM THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO FIX.... I BEEN CALLING,TEXT-TING,E-MAIL YOU ABOUT MY PROBLEM WITH APARTMENT (3 A ) SHE MAKE NOISE AT NIGHT WENT EVERYONE IS SLEEPING AND WENT SHE SMOKED HER OR HER FRIEND WEED IN THE BUILDING HALLWAY THE SMOKE COME UNDER MY DOOR.I AM NOT GOING TO STAY 2 YEARS IN THIS BUILDING, I AM TAKING YOU TO HOUSING COURT TO END MY LEASE....EVERYDAY AT NIGHT I CALL THE POLICE ABOUT APARTMENT (3 A) NOISE. THIS WOMAN IS EVERY CRAZY SHE DON'T CARE ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE.. I GOT A VIDEO THAT I RECORD HER AT NIGHT FROM MY DOOR EYE HOLE... SHE SAID TO EVERYONE, GILMAN MANAGEMENT CORP AND POLICE THAT SHE WORK AT NIGHT BUT THAT IS BULLSh#t... YOU GILMAN MANAGEMENT CORP NEED TO DO A BACKGROUND CHECK ABOUT MARIA BRAY BECAUSE SHE GOT A LOT OF NAMES SHE USE..

Slum lords. Plain and simple....

Slum lords. Plain and simple. I've had the same moldy roof leak for years. They always wait until the city slams them with fines and then send over unqualified people that know absolutely nothing about building maintenance to 'fix' it. And then it happens again a few months later.

Stay Away!

Awful management company. We have had several security issues in our building and they have done nothing about them. Their video cameras do not work, the super was a jerk and did not care at all and building manager Nelson Colon was anything but responsive. It took over 5 hours to send a locksmith. Not a good company at all.



From speaking with other tenants this was not an isolated series of incidents and is a continuing problem which the company is ignoring.



Specific details are: We were broken into 3 times. Each time had to pay out of pocket to have locks changed. Each time they did nothing to prevent this from happening again.
