I I received a cut and color here about two months ago and was horrified with the end result. I do not usually write reviews but I felt the need to write one this time due to the fact that I am still upset over my experience there. The person who cut and colored my hair was in an obvious rush the entire time and had an attitude of simply not wanting to be there. She was in such a hurry that when shampooing my hair she shook and squeezed the bottle of conditioner so violently that it sprayed globs of conditioner all over my face. She then offered me a very insincere apology and continued to wash my hair without stopping to give me something to wipe my face off with. Afterwards, she rushed through brushing my hair and seemed not to care how hard she was doing it while literally yanking the tangles out of my hair (and yanking hair out of my scalp in the process). Several times, the comb got stuck and once again I was offered a fake apology.

To sum everything up, the end result was horrible. I cried when I got home. The color and placement of the color was hideous and looked like I had not gone to a salon in almost a year. It took days for the massive amounts of dark dye she got all over my forehead to fade away (it was way past my hairline and drops/smears of it scattered across areas of my forehead, cheeks, and ears). My friends had to literally drag me out of the house for my birthday celebration the next day.

It is one thing to pay for a bad hair job but it is another thing to pay for a bad hair job that cost 145+. Not only that, my overall experience there was horrific and stressful. I have never had such an ugly finished result with a demeaning experience to boot.

I am sure others who work there are very professional and good at what they do, however; I sadly did not get to experience it. When paying for my service, the woman behind the counter could not stop staring at my head. I guess she was in disbelief over the fact that I had just paid someone 145+ dollars to ruin my hair and treat me bad in the process.

Needless to say, I will not be coming back here and will warn others to do the same.
