Travis Cushman is an associate at DHHT who has served as a special civil prosecutor for the City of Great Falls, a special prosecutor for the Cascade County Attorney's Office, and a designated substitute Judge. Cushman has tried cases in Municipal Courts, Justice Courts, Montana District Courts, and Federal Trial Courts as well as appearing in the Montana Supreme Court and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Throughout his career Cushman has been committed to volunteering legal time to help his community and citizens of modest means. In 2009 Cushman was awarded the Honorable Judge Robert P. Goff Pro-Bono Award for his outstanding service to citizens who would otherwise have no access to the civil justice system. In 2016, the American Bar Association published a book Cushman authored titled: Child Abuse and Neglect Cases, a Comprehensive Guide to Understanding the System.
Steph Hollar has practiced in the area of civil litigation since 1994. The majority of this time has been in private practice with a focus on insurance defense and insurance law. In addition to her time in private practice, Ms. Hollar worked as an in-house claims attorney for three and a half years at the Montana State Fund where she represented the insurer in workers' compensation matters, including litigated matters before the Workers' Compensation Court and at the appellate level. Ms. Hollar joined DHHT in 2019. Ms. Hollar has served on the Montana Defense Trial Lawyers Board of Directors.

Max Davis is the senior member of Davis, Hatley, Haffeman, & Tighe, PC. Mr. Davis focuses his practice on a wide spectrum of civil litigation, primarily for defendants, including professional and products liability defense, employment claims, environmental and toxic torts, commercial and business disputes, as well as the defense of insureds, self-insureds and insurers. Mr. Davis serves as the State of Montana's primary outside counsel in the defense of tort claims filed in central Montana.
