Kitchen Remodeling
We have had three projects with WEBUILD and Chip Edwards, a screened-in porch, a family room addition, and a kitchen remodeling, and all three exceeded our expectations. In each case WEBUILD quality of work was outstanding. There is excellent craftsmanship in all they do and WEBUILD stands behind their work. Chip is easy to work with and he did all that he could to accommodate our needs and desires for each of the projects. The workmen who come to the house are professional and courteous and they understand that they are working in someone’s home. We often have, and will continue to, recommend WEBUILD to our friends who are considering remodeling projects.

Chip has been great to work with. He delivers what he agreed to, on time and with top quality craftsmanship. Chip stands behind his work. Reliable is the word that comes to mind when we think of WEBUILD. We can count on Chip both during the project and after. He promptly returns phone calls – he’s there for us no matter how big or small the project. We’ve used WEBUILD for things as small as cleaning gutters to adding a room and constructing a building. Another word that describes WEBUILD is adaptable. No project is without its obstacles but Chip addresses the issue and works out a solution that is acceptable to everyone. He doesn’t just “throw on” additional cost when something unexpected comes up. Growing up in the area, Chip knows every subcontractor and their strengths and weaknesses.
Siding
We bought an old bungalow cottage on the lake in 1998 and WEBUILD has worked with us since then renovating it while keeping the original style. It hasn’t been easy for them (dirt crawlspaces, finding matching siding, squaring up old floors, etc.) but Chip and his team are wonderful and patient with “this old house!” Every year we do a different project (3 additions, kitchen, 4 baths, even changing windows!). Chip is fair, honest, reliable, and a great problem solver.
